License for Leit Audio Plugins
This License applies to all audio plugins, applications, presets, installers and related software products made available by Leit Audio through leitaudio.com, unless a specific product page or included license file states otherwise.
For the purpose of this License, "Software" means any such plugin, application, preset, installer, update, documentation or related software product.
The Software may be provided free of charge, for a small fee, as donationware, as "pay what you want" software, or under another low-cost or promotional distribution model.
You may install and use the Software in personal and commercial music, sound design and audio production projects. You do not owe royalties for music or audio created using the Software.
You may not sell, repackage, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, mirror or include the Software in a bundle without written permission.
Please link to the official download page instead of redistributing the plugin file.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk. The author is not responsible for lost work, corrupted projects, DAW crashes, compatibility issues, data loss or other damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
There is no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates or future compatibility.
